Glen Helen raceway

In my opinion Glen Helen raceway is a cool dirt bike track. With 160 acres and four different tracks, created in 1977. Glen Helen’s tallest hill is Mt. Saint Helen’s, this is a 200 foot climb with a steep drop down. It costs $30 per bike to get in. If you asked me that’s pretty cheap! In 1990 to 1992 they held a round of the motocross world championship. And in 2010 to 2020 they held the Lucas oil off-road racing series and the nitro rally cross.Facts about Glen Helen raceway

Honda CR500

This dirt bike is the most powerful motocross bike that Honda ever produced. In fact is was named the “ ping king” because of the power it produces. It was created in 1984 and had a 491cc engine that produces 60.8 horse power. In 1985 they created a new water cooled engine. Water cooled engines work better than air cooled engines and they cool off the engine faster.
