The Baltimore Key Bridge collision

On March 26, 2024 at about 1:30AM the Vessel (a ship) ran into the Francis Scott Key Bridge and caused it to be destroyed. Only about 8 people have fallen into the water, but only 2 have been found so far.

At 1:37AM the Vessel (a ship) ran into the Francis Scott Key Bridge while trying to go under it. The Vessel’s power kept going out a couple of times, and when the Vessel got under the bridge, the power went out and the Vessel ran into the Bridges pillar, causing it to fall. There were about 8 people that had fallen into the water, but only 2 people have been saved so far. The reason for the Vessel running into the bridge on accident was because the Vessel was trying to deliver boxes/packages across the ocean to get to where it needs to go, but then when the Vessel malfunctioned and all the power went off and then accidentally ran into the pillar which then caused the bridge to collapse.

“That crew member responded within just a few minutes advising that the crew was safe, and everybody that [was] on board was safe.” This quote was said by, Andy Middleton. Out of the 8 people that have fallen into the water due to the destruction only 2 have been found, 1 of them was transported to the hospital, and then taken to discharge. Which the person is now getting taken care of and hopefully will soon recover.
