Tumbling

Tumbling is like gymnastics, but it is referred as power tumbling. Because tumbling has some tricky skills that you have to learn. In tumbling you do all of these twists, flips, athlete jumps, and more tricks that you, parents, and friends can learn. In tumbling you need to level up. What i mean by that is first, you start at an easy level. Once you get the used to it you start leveling up and you will go to a harder level.

What Tumblers use

In tumbling, you use mats, tumble track, and other objects that are used for tumbling. Mats also help if you fall. Because you don’t want to fall on hard floor. You want to be safe so a mat will be there ALL times. a tumble track is a LONG mat where you do a round offs, backflips, and twists. And plenty more! Tumblers also use a balance beam. This helps tumblers balance when there tumbling. When you get more advanced. You can do backflips, twists, and backhand springs.

Leveling Up

When you start tumbling, you start off with easy tricks like forward rolls, back rolls, cartwheels, handstands, bridges, and a split. Once you know how to do all of that they Test you. If you pass, then you go to a harder level. If you don’t, they let you stay at the level that you are on. It is kinda similar to a video game. You just need to PRACTICE A LOT. To reach that goal.

In my opinion, i think tumbling is a really fun, and challenging sport. But i would recommend doing tumbling! It is a really fun sport. You can show off your skills to other people and possibly teach people!
