Baking is so easy and its super fun, my family and I love to bake we come from a long line of bakers like my great great grandma was a really good baker and she past it down generation to generation. I’m really good at baking especially brownies, cookies, cake, and many more. I usually bake with my mom, my aunt, my grandma, and my sister. That’s where I got all of this baking skills from. I have improved a lot in my baking skills but I still have room for improvement’s, and I have lots of family supporting me every step of the way. Once you feel confident enough you can do it on your own.

I have baked brownies, cookies, cake pops, cupcakes, tapioca, oatmeal, its all pretty easy but it takes a lot of time and effort to do all of those things and plus you need all of the ingredients to bake all of these. I have to say baking brownies and cookies are probably my favorite thing to make because they are really easy to do and they are also fun, that is the most important thing is having fun.

Baking invented

baking was invented around 10,000 BCE (before common era) to 14,000 BCE that was a long time ago. When baking was invented back in the day the woman were in charge of baking while men were in charge of doing a lot of other things like the men would cut down wood, farm that means they were in charge of doing all of the crops and other things. When they came home they would see their wives either doing laundry or they would see them baking or cooking dinner for them.

Baking

Baking is precise. It involves science driven process. Baking takes time to look good and taste good it also takes patience because depending on the desert you will be in the kitchen for a long time just creating it and making sure it looks good but i bet it will. In baking you will always want to make sure you have a tester just in case it doesn’t turn out the way you want it to but that’s ok because it’s only the tester. If it comes out perfect that’s a really good sign because that means it is the right temperature and you will know how it will come out either perfect or not but that’s ok because you can always make corrections.

Baking wars

my family and I do a fun thing every year. The children pick a name or names out of a hat and that would be who you are baking with. A few years back I was working with my aunt and uncle and we made snicker doodle cupcakes so it was a chocolate cupcake with a peanut butter icing and it had a mini snickers on top of it. My sister was with my grandparents and they decided to do a really fancy cupcake and it was like ocean themed with a chocolate mermaid with chocolate sea shells and it just looked really cool. My brother was with my mom and dad but I forget what kind of cupcakes they did. We had a whole day to work on them and at the end of the night at my grandparents house it was time to judge so my grandparents got three neighbors to judge so they taste tested all of them to see which on they liked and they said they liked my sister and my grandparents cupcake and i was kind of upset but that’s ok because I had really fun hanging out with my aunt and uncle making these cupcakes and that what really mattered.
